The Hawk's Frequency, a collection of poetry by Teresa Noelle Roberts. Inspired by New England nature and the ancient tales of Greece and the British Isles, the poems of The Hawk’s Frequency combine Romanticism, a nature- and body-centered spirituality with dirt under its fingernails and its head in the stars, and flashes of quirky humor.
Teresa Noelle Roberts is, among other things, a belly dancer, a gardener, a lover of northern hills and Atlantic beaches, a medievalist fascinated by computers, a suburbanite who loves both city bustle and deep country, and a poet who also writes commercial fiction. Above all, she is a traveling homebody deeply rooted in a sense of place—wherever she happens to end up.
Her poetry has appeared in SageWoman, PanGaia, Deconstruction Quarterly and other journals, as well as in Bellowing Ark. Her first book of poems, Digging Up the Bones, is also available from Bellowing Ark Press.
